Updated December 19, 2016
Welcome to the Winter Jam Season beginning on December 3rd. The jams are held on Saturdays from Noon to 3 PM. The public is invited to attend. There is no admission charge. We will have a country jam every Saturday except the last Saturday of January and February, when we will have a Gospel Jam.
We ask that everyone be signed by 12 noon if you wish to sing or play. We want to allow as many jammers as possible to join us.
We will no longer be offering a hot meal at 11 AM, however, our concession stand will be open from 11 AM until 4 PM (open for Karaoke after the jam) for items such as brats, nachos and other items each week.
Formed in February, 2001, many of the original members are still participating, volunteering, and providing support as we continue in our 15th year.
Please join us for a musical afternoon listening to the talented musicians and meeting new friends.
Please contact Anita or Lee King, Activity Directors for more information. 956 783-4587
WINTER RANCH JAM HISTORY
The Winter Ranch Saturday Jam is a real success story. Many dedicated volunteers have worked for 15 years to form the band, Stage Band, assisting with room set up and providing food for the luncheons. They are greatly appreciated as we begin our 15th year. *Original creators of the Jam were Ross and Sheryl Craft, Don and Jean Countryman, Jack Bailey, Wayne Strickland, Maggie Moody, and Don and Pam Hoppe. Crafts and Countrymen’s made all the food for lunch and asked RGV jammers to come and perform.
